You may return an item (unworn and in its original packaging) within 14 days from the date you receive it.
To ensure the most efficient processing of your return or exchange, please let us know what you are sending back as well as the reason and if you would like an exchange or a refund through our new online return tool. This tool is available for all clients with an activated user account where you can also track the status of your return here.

Once the parcel has arrived in our warehouse it usually takes 7 - 14 business days to process the refund or exchange. Please note, that if you send back the goods without letting us know in advance, this might prolong the process.
You may return the item(s) directly to our warehouse by postal mail, with the delivery slip included. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless it is due to an error on our side and previously communicated.
